Pomarola is our basic red sauce, crushed tomatoes, olive oil and basil. Our pasta section offers four pastas and fourteen sauces.

BOLOGNESE
Sausage and beef with vegetables sauteed in olive oil, simmered with crushed tomatoes & romano cheese

* RED MUSHROOM
Fresh mushrooms, simmered with onions, fresh parsley, thyme, with pepper and pomarola

* RED CLAM
Clams sauteed in olive oil, red and black pepper, fresh parsley then simmered with pomarola

* WHITE CLAM
Clams sauteed with parsley, pepper in olive oil simmered in clear clam juice

* CREAMY CLAM
Clams and creamy parmesan sauce

* ALFREDO
Heavy cream, parmesan, black pepper and parsley

* QUATTROFORMAGGI (Quatro-for-mah-zhay)
Creamy sauce of bleu, parmesan, provolone, and romano cheeses with a dash of black pepper

* SHERRY CREAM MUSHROOM
Fresh mushrooms sauteed with basil, thyme, pepper then simmered in burgundy, cream and parmesan

* BOSCAIOLLA (Boss-kay-yola)
Prosciutto with sweet peas, marinated mushrooms and creamy parmesan sauce (best on linguini)

* PESTO
Olive oil, pine nuts, basil and garlic

* GARLIC OLIVE OIL
Olive oil, minced garlic and basil

* PUTTANESCA
Anchovies, capers and olives marinated in heavy tomato sauce with parsley, garlic and red pepper

* Cannot be 1/2 and 1/2 portions
